How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Webamil Concrete wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You may contact us about:
- Your experience calling or messaging Webamil Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a contractor we connected you with
Problems With a Contractor
Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, raise it with the contractor first and keep a written record.
Still let us know. Feedback on contractors helps keep the network honest, and contractors that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Webamil Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a contractor or act on a contractor's behalf.
Submitting a Complaint
Email contact@webamil.buzz and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the contractor
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The contractor's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the contractor. Then we will reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unsatisfied?
If our reply does not settle things, respond and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed contractors.
